On the day your delivery is due, you'll receive a text or email from our delivery partner DPD, which will include your estimated 1 hour delivery time slot. This will depend on the driver's delivery route in your area on the morning of delivery.
On Sundays, deliveries can be made anytime between 9 am-6 pm. On Wednesdays, deliveries can be made anytime between 9 am-12 pm.
You may not receive any tracking information until your parcel has been collected and scanned in by DPD; this could be up to 12 pm on the morning of your delivery.

As the box contains perishable items, DPD may leave your box at your door - a signature isn't required.
If you have any issues with your delivery or do not receive a notification on the morning your delivery is due, don't hesitate to get in touch with us the same day so that we can help.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please download the DPD app and leave clear instructions for your address.
We regret that we do not have control over the drivers and DPD permits them to leave boxes in what they deem to be a 'safe' place. They must deliver the parcel on the designated day as the box is marked as perishable and will be destroyed by DPD if delivery is not possible.
